Cascade Airways acquired five 1-11s from autumn 1984 for use on their regional routes in and around the state of Washington, joining a pair of 748s and smaller types, but ceased operation in March 1986. This one was ex C6-BDP and originally N5023. After International Air Tours failed to take off, the aircraft ended up as TG-TJK and was scrapped at Guatemala City in 2006
