British United Island Airways (BUIA) was formed on 1 November 1968 from the amalgamation of British United (C.I.) Airways, British United Airways (Manx) and Morton Air Services. Their fleet initially flew with this adapted BUA livery but when the company rebranded to British Island Airways in July 1970, a new colour scheme was adopted. Since 2018 the aircraft has been operating as VP905 with the Indian Air Force Historic Flight. This photo was added on 3 January 2026, and has since been viewed 108 times. |
