Registered as PH-EXS before delivery to Garuda as PK-GFT in 1978. To Merpati in 1989 and returned to Garuda in 1998. Damaged in a landing accident at Jakarta-CGK in 2003. To Gatari Air Service as PK-HNK in 2006. Withdrawn from use at Jakarta-CGK by 2007. Still there in 2016. Probably scrapped.
