This An-2 was originally delivered to CZLS (Zespół centralny ds. lotnictwa sanitarnego (Central Team for Sanitary Aviation), the forerunner of the modern Lotnicze Pogotowie Ratunkowe (Polish Medical Air Rescue)) in April 1985 as SP-UXE. By August 2003 the plane was flying with the Aeroklub Kielecki as SP-AOW but was damaged on a paradropping flight in June 2011 when the right main gear collapsed during the take off run. Fortunately it was repaired and sitting nicely on the EPRG grass during my brief visit.
