The Avia 41-P was a high-performance French sailplane first flown in 1932, with design contributions from Raymond Jarlaud (wing) and Éric Nessler (fuselage). Developed in response to the German Lippisch Wien, the 41-P featured an advanced aerodynamic profile and lightweight structure. Nessler flew the first two examples to set several French gliding records between 1934 and 1938. Around seven units were built, and one survives today at the Musée de l'Air et de l'Espace in Le Bourget.
