Delivered to Atlantis as D-ADIX in 1970. To World Airways as N804WA in 1972. To Capitol Air then to Transamerica Airlines in 1983 and to Emery Worldwide Airlines and reregistered as N957R in 1985. To Skymaster Air Lines as PR-SKM in 2002. Withdrawn from use at Campinas-Viracopos in 2008. Moved to Pocos de Caldas in 2014 for use as a restaurant.
