Delivered to LOT as SP-LSF in 1965. To Balkan Bulgarian Airlines as LZ-BEW in 1991 then to Santa Cruz as EL-ALD in 1998, Phoenix in 2001 and reregistered as EX-601 in 2002. To Anikay Air in 2004 then to S Group International as EX-18007 in 2013. Withdrawn from use as Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan in 2015. Still there in 2025.
