Delivered to British Caledonian Airways as G-BFGI in 1979. To Continental Airlines as N68065 in 1987 then to DAS Air Cargo in 2000. Converted to a DC-10-30(F) freighter and reregistered as N401JR in 2001. To Avient Aviation as Z-AVT in 2006. Withdrawn from use at Jakarta-CGK in 2010 and scrapped.
