Seen just after the collapse of Laker Airways, this One-Eleven became G-BKAZ with BCal in April 1982 and ended up as 5N-AOT with Okada Air from October 1983. It was damaged beyond repair on 7 September 1989 after a hard landing at Port Harcourt which caused the nose gear to detach and also the right main gear to break away when it veered off the runway This photo is copyright © Richard Vandervord, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
