Delivered to the USAAF as 44-83788. Sold as N6171C in 1957. Reregistered as N335J then N3350 in 1958, N166G in 1968, G-PSID in 1981 and F-AZFI in 1988. Used for filming of Empire of the Sun. Destroyed in a fatal crash on take off from La Roche-sur-Yon in 1998. Registered as N230CV in 2022 for rebuild to fly.
