Delivered to Qantas as VH-EBO in 1965. To Singapore Airlines as 9V-BFN in 1973 then to Arrow Air as N4225J in 1981. To RN Air Cargo as 5N-ARQ in 1983 then to GAS Air Cargo in 1985, DAS Air Cargo in 1987 and Allied Airlines in 1999. Withdrawn from use at Manston in 2000 and scrapped in 2001.
