XJ639 served the TWU until long term storage at 5 MU Kemble 15Jun79, it was subsequently allocated to Cranwell as an instructional airframe (8687M) 14 Apr81. It is currently submerged at the Blue Lagoon Diving Centre at Womersley in North Yorkshire (Tony Lloyd image at the annual St Mawgan open day which was always on a Wednesday in August to catch the holiday crowd).
