Registered CCCP-28787 in 1989 and sold to Ukraine in non-airworthy condition in 2000. To ATI Airlines as UR-28787 and to Sky Wind as 4K-AZ58 in 2004, Global Georgian Airways as 4L-28001 in 2005.
