Delivered to the USAF as C-123B 56-4357. To the US Coast Guard as 4357 in 1958. Returned to the USAF as C-123B 56-4357 in 1972. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ in 1975. Left in 1979 and converted to a C-123T with Allison T56-A-7 turbines for the Royal Thai Air Force and flew as such in 1980. The project was abandoned, it was never delivered and stored at Tucson.
