Delivered to Muse Air as N10028 in 1981 then to Jet America in 1982, Midway Airlines in 1983 and to Pacific Southwest Airlines in 1985. Reregistered as N826US when they merged into USAir in 1988 who were renamed to US Airways in 1997. Withdrawn from use at Tucson, AZ in 2003 and scrapped in 2005.
