Registered as N9683Z in 1964 before delivery to Air New Zealand as ZK-NZA in 1965. Leased to KLM for a few months in 1969 as PH-ADA and returned as ZK-NZA. To Evergreen International Airlines as N801EV in 1977. Leased to Northeastern International Airways in 1982. Withdrawn from use at Marana in 1984. Derelict by 1989. Still there in 1993.
