Ex NC23V of Standard Oil of New Jersey, which was apparently used in Venezuela. The NNGPM oil company was a consortium of subisidaries of Shell, Standard Oil of New Jersey (Esso) and Standard Oil of California (Texaco): the Bataafsche, Nederlandsche Koloniale and Nederlandsche Pacific oil companies, hence the aircraft name Bakopa. Seen on Yapen or Japen Island, Netherlands New Guinea. Scrapped in 1940. Registration reused on a Catalina in 1946.
