Delivered to Pan American World Airways as N415PA in 1966. To Lineas Aereas Paraguayas as ZP-CCF in 1978 then to the Fuerza Aerea Paraguaya as FAP-01 in 1994. Later withdrawn from use at Silvio Pettirossi International Airport, Asuncion, Paraguay. Moved to Museo de la historia de Lineas Aéreas Paraguayas, Hotel Del Rancho, Loma Grande in 2017 and preserved.
