Registered as N227V in 1967 then N9NL in 1975. To Pars Air as EP-PAR in 1976 then returned as N9NL in 1977. To Jari Florestal Agropecuaria in 1978 and reregistered as PT-ICA in 1979 then to TABA in 1983. Destroyed in a fatal crash on approach to Altamira, Brazil in 1990.
