Built 1976. Ex N59814, to UK as G-BDUJ 22 March 1976, re-registered G-NWAC 18 February 1994, cancelled on transfer to USA -5 July 2002. On -6 September 2017, while en route to Dublin Weston Airport, the pilot reported problems with pitch control and diverted to Caernarfon Airport, where it was destroyed in a fatal accident, killing the pilot.
