Taken when the airport was Berlin-Schönefeld in East Germany. Delivered to LOT as SP-LSD in 1964. Withdrawn from use at Warsaw in 1990. Seen by the roadside near Podlaski in 1993. Used as a restaurant near Wiklow. Moved to village of Koscielec, close to Czestochowa in 1999 then moved to Bauerówka Airpark Village by 2020.
