This DC-9 was one of three with charter carrier All Star Airlines (1983 - 85). First with Air Canada (CF-TLE) from February 1966, it was sold back to Douglas as Air Canada added larger DC-9-32s. Leased to Texas International Airways (N15335) for a year and Southern Airways, it was sold to Finnair (OH-LYD) in 1971. With All Star for 1984 -85, it went to Midwest Express / Midwest Airlines after All Star shut down. Leased to Royal Aruban Airlines for a year and East African Safari Express (5Y-XXA).
