Delivered to the USAAF as 42-92597 then transferred to the RAF as KG385 and the SAAF as 6828 in 1944. Converted to a C-47TP in 1999. Fitted out as an Electronic Warfare platform serving with the SAAF's Electronic Warfare Centre whose badge is on the tail, flown by 35 Sqd crews.
