This airframe was allocated G-AFYH in 1940 but it spent the war in Royal Navy service as BT312. Repaired by Southern Aircraft and then sold to British Air Transport for charter flights in a 15-pax configuration. It was flown a couple of times more during 1952 in an unsuccessful attempt to sell it; photo print dated 28 May 1952. The last remaining Flamingo, it was scrapped in 1954.
