Delivered to Air Jamaica as 6Y-JMA in 1975. Reregistered as VR-CMA in 1985 then 6Y-JMM in 1987. To Kitty Hawk Aircargo as N281KH in 1997 and converted to a freighter. To Aerosucre Colombia as HK-4544 in 2008. Crashed shortly after takeoff from Puerto Carreño Airport, Colombia in 2016.
