Registered as PH-EXS before delivery to Nigeria Airways as 5N-ANV in 1979. To TAT as F-GDUZ in 1985 and operated for Air France. To Iran Aseman Airlines in 1994. Reregistered as EP-ASF in 2001. Withdrawn from use by 2005. Sunk for use as a diving attraction off the coast of Kish Island by 2023.
