Delivered as a Sea Vixen FAW.1 in 1961. Converted to an FAW.2 from 1966 to 8. To the School of Aircraft Handling, Culdrose as ground trainer A2624/SAH12 in 1974. Moved to Yeovilton by 1985 and placed on display. Later moved to the fire dump there. Scrapped in 1995.
