First flown as PH-FFG 24 December 1963 and delivered to East African Airways 16 January 1964. It was originally intended to carry the East African colonial registration VP-KTK, but ended on the Ugandan register as 5X-AAP. When EAAC was dissolved in 1976, the Friendship became 5H-MRO with Air Tanzania. To British Midland in October 1983. The aircraft was destroyed when it crashed at East Midlands Airport, UK during a training flight on 30 October 1989. There were no casualties.
