Delivered to TWA as N40423 in 1952. To Piedmont Airlines in 1962 then to other operators from 1967. To PBA - Provincetown-Boston Airline in 1977 then to Santiago Freighters as HI-501 in 1987 and Rentavion as YV-145C in 1989. Withdrawn from use at Higuerote, Venezuela by 2001 and scrapped.
