This MiG21 was build in 1975 and after 1990 it became 23+46 inside the joined Luftwaffe. Later after retirement in 1991 it went to the Kunstpark Olmes at Emlichheim (Not far from Emmen, Netherlands) and put on display on a pole as seen on this slide scan.
