Delivered to TWA - Trans World Airlines on lease on 23 Jul 1961 as N791TW. Returned to Boeing on 31 Oct 1962 and delivered to Northwest Orient as N730US the same day. Sold to Monarch Airlines as G-AZFB on 28 Nov 1971. Sold to Jet24 as N2464C on 14 Mar 1983. To Boeing on 06 Oct 1983 and used for the KC-135E re-engining programme.
