Delivered to Iraqi Airways as YI-AIP in 1977. Later returned to the Soviet Union as reregistered as CCCP-76529 and used as an IL-76LL4 engine test bed by LII Zhukovsky. Reregistered as RA-76529 by 1994. To the experimental register as 76529 in 2015. Still operational in 2022.
