Delivered to United Airlines as N9047U in 1969. To Air Florida as N63AF in 1981 then to Pan American in 1982, Air Asiatic as VT-ERN in 1990 and returned to the lessor as N63AF in 1991. To Air Atlanta Icelandic as TF-ABH then to Lao Aviation as RPDL-34126 in 1992. Returned to the lessor as N63AF in 1994. To Transmile as 9M-PMR then to Air Philippines as RP-C1938 in 1995.
