Delivered to United Airlines as N7639U in 1968. To Emery Worldwide in 1994 and converted to a freighter then to Custom Air Transport in 2006, APAC-Aeronaves Peruanas Air Cargo as OB-1865-P in 2007 and Transportes Generales Aéreos as OB-2016P in 2012.
