CP Air's first seven 737s, delivered October 1968 - March 1969 were non-Advanced 737-217s. This one was delivered December 20, 1968. Five of the early aircraft were sold to PEOPLExpress, C-FCPE leaving March 1983 as N43PE. With Continental Airlines after PEOLPExpress merged in 1987, it was re-registered N14233 in 1989.
