The first of two Lufthansa 737s registered as D-ABEU. Delivered to Lufhansa as D-ABEU in 1969. To People Express as N414PE in 1981. Merged into Continental Airlines in 1987. Reregistered as N44214 in 1990. Withdrawn from from use at Ardmore, OK in 1997 and scrapped in 1999.
