Delivered to the USAF in 1944 as 44-74446 and then to RCAF (s/n 9223) in November 1950. Back to the US with a number of owners, it has crashed three times, 1987, 1994 and 2014 - the last one being fatal to the two pilots at the Durango-La Plata County Airport (DRO) Durango, CO.
