August/53: 3510th Flying Training Wing, Randolph AFB, TX. November/53: Converted to TB-29A. October/56: TOS USN; to Naval Weapons Center, China Lake, CA; used as a range target. March/71: Confederate Air Force with c/n N4249. Restored to ferry. August/71: Ferried to Harlingen, TX. By 1978: Restored using parts from three other B-29s.
