Delivered new to Capital Airlines as N7457 in December 1956. Capital merged with United Airlines in June 1961. Sold to TACA in January 1969 and reregistered YS-28C. To Aeropesca Columbia Airline in March 1975, registered as HK-1773 (later reregistered HK-2382). On 26 March 1982 it flew into a mountain while enroute from Bogota to Villavincio, with all 21 aboard perishing.
