This aircraft had its moment of fame in 1995 when it was seen by millions on TV when it was used as the support aircraft for the ill-fated expedition to recover the Boeing B-29 "Kee Bird" from northern Greenland, note that it still retained the name "Kee Bird II" on the front fuselage. (The footage is still available on YouTube). It lingered on at OPF and was damaged by a tornado in February 1998 and is thought to have been scrapped there early in the new century.
