Delivered to the USAAF as C-54D 42-72759 then transferred to the US Navy as R5D-3 56531 in 1945. Redesignated as a C-54Q in 1962. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB with park code 3C106 in 1972. Sold as N96454 in 1975. To Central Air Service in 1981 and converted to a fire bomber. To Maricopa Aircraft service in 1991. Stored at Highland Farm, Rantoul, KS from 1999. Still there in 2022.
