Delivered to the USAF as 51-5147 in 1952. Stored at Davis Monthan AFB with park code TB070 in 1974. Sold to Providence Air Charter as N99377 in 1977. Reregistered as N150PA in 1978. Renamed to Providence Airline in 1980. Merged into Combs Airways in 1983. To Jet Service as N38SA in 1986 then to Cool Air as N150PA in 1991. To Air Tahoma in 2000, Charter Airlines in 2009 and Ultra Aviatiion Management in 2015. Current on the register in 2022.
