Delivered to the USAAF as C-54B 42-72356 then transferred to the US Navy as R5D-2 50857 in 1944. Redesignated as a C-54S in 1962, later a C-54P. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB with park code 3C114 in 1973. To Biegert Aviation as N44911 in 1975 and converted to a sprayer, spray bars are visible above the wing. To Brooks Fuel in 1996.
