Built in 1943 and served with both the USAAF and US Navy. Here it is en route from Pakistan to the USA and was scrapped when N9900Z at Miami (KMIA) in 1978. During the 1950's and 1960's, the US government was applying a policy of containment towards communist influence in certain regions of the world. As part of this, the US Army Corps of Engineers was building military infrastructure in friendly countries. OFW became one of their majors contractors so they likely had a project in Pakistan.
