Built as 44-9093 for the USAAF and withdrawn to MASDC in 1973. Sold to Aero Union as N4989K in 1978 and subsequently passed through several owners before joining Contract Air Cargo in 1992. Operating in South Africa by September 1997 and registered as ZS-PAI to Phoebus Apollo in September 1998.
