This An-2 was originally delivered to the Lithuanian directorate of Aeroflot in March 1985 as CCCP-43989. It joined Lietuva in February 1982 as LY-ADM until its C of A expired in August 1998 and it ended up at the Grimmen - Technikpark. This park is transitioning to be essentially a panzer museum and so the aircraft were disposed of (except the MiG-21 at the time of upload). The An-2 has been transported to this growing museum and appears to be in the process of receiving a new NVA-like scheme. The starboard side (light was bad from that side) was already wearing their roundel. This photo is copyright © Alastair T. Gardiner, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
