Associated Helicopters was the first helicopter company established in Alberta with one Bell 47 in 1950. Pictured is Bell 212 C-GAHD bought in 1974. Associated was purchased by Okanagan Helicopters in 1977, but remained operating as a separate company until Okanagan was merged with Viking Helicopters, Toronto Helicopters and Sealand Helicopters by 1989. This Bell 212 continued with the new company operated as Canadian Helicopters Limited where it is still current at the time of uploading.
