Delivered to TAP as CS-TJD in 1975. To PIA as AP-AYW in 1976 then to Evergreen as N559EV in 2005 and stored at Marana. To Baltia Air Lines as N705BL in 2010. Scrapped at Kuala Lumpur-Subang in 2012.
