N761PA was an interim 707-300B that had JT3D turbofans while retaining the ventral fin from the earlier 707-300. Changes to the wing allowed the ventral fin to be removed and only a small number of the interim model were built. Pan Am and Air France were two airlines to receive them. N761PA was sold in the Philippines as RP-C7076 in 1977. This photo is copyright © David Carter, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
