In 2015, the Polis Diraja Malaysia signed an order for three AW139 and as from 2016 became yet another malaysian operator of this successfull helicopter, after the Coast Guard, the fire department BOMBA and Weststar. Unfortuntaley, 9M-PMC pictured here was involved in an night landing accident on February 27, 2020, causing substantial damage to the airframe as it rolled over, albeit with no loss of life.
